EM Gear accepts returns within 15 days of purchase. The returned item must be in new, unused condition with all the orginal packing material. Please email Customer Service for an RMA prior to returning your item. The refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected.

We use PayPal Payment Services to handle our online transactions. In addition to the online payment service for consumers PayPal offers business class credit card processing. By using the PayPal service EM Gear does not keep a record of our customer’s credit card information, unlike most online retailers. You may also choose to use your PayPal account to pay for your order - just select PayPal Express during checkout.

EM Gear uses a flat rate shipping charge of $5.95 per order. We ship most items via USPS Priority Mail although large, heavy orders may ship UPS or FedEx Ground. All international orders ship USPS Priority International.

EM Gear ships items using major carriers. Depending on the order, items will be delivered by USPS Priority, FedEx or UPS.

Yes, international shipping is available. We charge the rate listed on the USPS website for Priority International plus insurance. You may check the shipping cost for your order after you place the items you want in your shopping cart and then just follow the check out process.
